RoyARP

RoyARP^TM stands for Royalty Accounting, Reporting and Payment and identifies both the process model developed by DTI and the service of implementing that model in a client's environment. The coined term reflects the way in which DTI's RoyARP Process integrates these important functions, but that process also goes beyond those discrete functions to optimize business results in a royalty relationship.

DTI can assist a client in implementing the entire model, portions of it, or even isolated components and principles depending on the situation and desire of the client. The full model touches on: principles and specific decision points that can reduce royalties owed; definitions and management data structures for products; license-in negotiation points; production record database systems; sales order structures and entry; cost accounting for royalties; management of license-in agreement abstracts; calculations; and, documented processes and report structures for conspicuous accountability.
